You aren't alone, most of us have felt the pain of relationship problems at some point in our lives. Few things in life are more stressful than the feeling that your relationship isn't what you hoped it could be.

Figuring out what you can change to improve a relationship can be confusing . Thinking about getting help is likely to be stressful to one, or both of you. One of you may be uncomfortable sharing intimate details of your relationship with a counselor or therapist. On the other hand, learning how to improve a relationship by yourself can feel quite confusing and lonely.

I am a psychologist in practice for 20 years. Over that time I have worked with a lot of people in many circumstances. I am creating an audio seminar series on common relationship issues and what couples can improve to get the happiness we all deserve. Many topics will be included in the audio, but I realize that I haven't thought of all the questions you might have.

Soon I will be having what is called an educational Teleseminar where I will talk about common relationship issues and answer questions from the audience.
